Our story goes back over 16 years ago, when it all started with a coffee roaster. Opening our first establishment as a couple, Ricardo and Jessica Sarinana opened a sit down location on Ramsey Rd. Many called it the red shack...

Our menu is composed of delicious, fresh, high quality ingredients. All of our dishes are made in house. Our sauces, marinades and dressings are made from scratch as well.
DATE NIGHT Dinners
On the last Sunday of each month we travel to a different country offering everything from the appetizer to the desert from that destination. Come bring that special person and travel the world one plate at a time.

Came for lunch with a friend and the food/service was impeccable. I can’t remember the name of the burger but it was cooked perfectly. There was a lot of tables but not enough servers so the hostess Lyndsey served us. She did a phenomenal job. Will definitely come back.

March 10, 2025OMGGGGG!!! This amazing restaurant was a great way to start my visit in the area! My mother and I thoroughly enjoyed my our waitress (Grace) whom provided great service the entire time! Let’s discuss the food!! WHOW!!!!!! The food was delicious. My mother and I felt a taste of heaven every time we nibbled on our entree. We ordered the Breakfast platter & let me tell you…you will not be disappointed. The portions were of a great size along with their coffee serving size. We cannot wait to visit this place before we head back home! Thank you for the phenomenal service, delicious food, and a great vibe!!!

March 17, 2025Chef Hudson’s soups are outstanding. Had the Garden Chicken Noodle today and the Drunken Mushroom prior visit. Flavors are rich and deep! Amanda gave us great service with a smile! Good choices on the menu with some vegetarian/vegan options and gluten free bread for sandwiches. Breakfast all day! Great atmosphere! Highly recommend this establishment! Vegetarian options: A few veg/vegan options!

We ate outside on the patio. It was so cute! The food was incredible – very delicious. Our server, Michelle, was amazing – she anticipated all our needs. This is our new favorite place!

August 24, 2024It was like walking into Disney land for coffee. The atmosphere and food was a touch of heavens light. Michelle, the number one server in North America, made me a custom coffee of her choice, macadamia nut and I must advise everyone to experience this flavorful adventure

August 24, 2024Highly Highly recommend!! Not only was our waitress Amanda absolutely stellar but the food was equally matched! Everything from the drinks to atmosphere is worth it here! Fridays are a military discount, thursdays and 7-9 thur-sat are happy hours!
